If you have any problems with the merchandise sent to you or have other reason for need to return merchandise to us, please follow these simple directions to expedite the handling of your items.

Do not return any merchandise before contacting us!

When you ontact us by phone or email with description of the problem or reason for return:


• You will be given an RMA Code (Return Merchandise Authorization) which should be marked on the outside of your return package.


• You will be asked to include copy of an email authorization from us, or document with your order number and billing/shipping info with your package.


• You will be provided with the proper address to return your merchandise.

IMPORTANT: Returns made without authorization may be directed to the wrong location! Unauthorized returns may incur additional shipping and handling charges.

Return or exchange of merchandise must be limited due to the personal nature of PumpToys products. UNUSED products will be considered for return/exchange on an individual basis. Such request and return must be made promptly on receipt of the merchandise; however no privilege of return is assured. In the event a return is permitted, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee may be assessed.

To request a return or exchange, start by sending a Return/Exchange Request. Include the reason for the request, the product name, your name and address and order number or approximate purchase date.
