Ball Ringer Kit

I recently purchased the full ringer kit. The brass rings fit comfortably and I love the weight and tug. Recommend this system to anyone wanting to stretch without heavy weights.

I recently bought the BRK collar. I had my own 2" rings. Started slowly with four rings. I'm up to five now. It's a process. I like the comfort of the collar. It holds tightly. I was afraid if I moved around, it might fall off. But, having used it, I can say it doesn't. Rings can pinch, but I have not experienced much of that. Unique way of stretching. I recommend it!
