Pumpers are often hesitant to insure shipments, because they wouldn't feel comfortable filing an Insurance Claim for a sexual device with the Post Office. The GSD Private option allows you to protect your package without that concern. GSD covers both damage and loss, and claims are filed directly with PumpToys, not with the post office. GSD means "Guaranteed Safe Delivery"! It's simple, fast and hassle-free.
FEATURES OF GSD: - Select the "GSD Priority" option when selecting a shipping method at check-out. The shipping rates provided will include GSD- and that's all you need to do.
- Rates for GSD are about the same as post office insurance; $1.25 for the first $100, plus $1.00 per additional $100 value or portion thereof. The value of your protection is the total value of the order.
- GSD Priority shipments are tracked with the USPS Delivery Confirmation system. For the purpose of GSD claims, Confirmed Delivery of your package by the Postal Service (or alternative carrier) to the address you provided constitutes delivery to you..
- Loss Protection: If the USPS Delivery Confirmation service does not show the package delivered within 30 days from the date of shipping, you may file a claim for loss in transit. GSD does not make cash payments for lost shipments, it provides Replacement of the Order.
- Delayed Recovery: Should a package replaced under GSD Loss Protection later be located and delivered, (USPS Delivery Confirmation constitutes delivery) you must either return the original package to PumpToys or you will be charged for the value of the replacement order.
- Damage Protection: Claims for Damaged Shipments require that you notify us within 7 days of the date of Delivery Confirmation, advising us of the nature and extent of damage. Damaged shipments (or damaged items if partial) must be returned to PumpToys on request. We will replace any such damaged items, and pay the shipping costs both ways. PumpToys may require that the original box be included in the return.
- In any event, the liability of PumpToys GSD will be limited to replacement of the lost or damaged items as ordered, and at it's option, it may provide similar replacement goods or credit the buyer for items that have been changed, discontinued or otherwise cannot be replaced. GSD does not cover delays, inconvenience, or other contingent damages except as described here. No other warranty of any kind is expressed or implied.
