- PumpToys NEVER shares or sells customer information.
- PumpToys will not disclose customer information to anyone, with the following exceptions:
(1) If we are legally required to do so.
(2) If you use a jointly held credit card, both parties are legally considered the customer. We are required to reveal order details to cardholders who inquire about a charge. - We never send unsolicited letters or e-mail to customers. You won't hear from us unless you have an order in progress, have left a request for specific information or have asked to receive product updates when available.
- Your credit card purchases will be listed on your billing as a purchase from "PST".
- Merchandise will always be shipped in plain packages, with a shipper name as "PST".
- We are required to list contents on the Customs Declaration Form that must accompany your package. We list items using terminology that would be typically common to mechanical parts, ie; "pump parts", "seals", "test equipment" and so on. No descriptive detail will be enclosed.
