PumpToys warrants to the original purchaser of products manufactured by PumpToys as follows:
PumpToys products which develop material or manufacturing defects within 180 days (six months) from the date of shipping of the original purchase will be repaired, or replaced at PumpToy's option, without charge. PumpToys will be the sole authority in the determination of the source of a defect and the eligibility for warranty coverage. Damage caused by abuse, improper maintenance or storage, or accidental damage are not covered by this warranty. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Products sold by but not manufactured by PumpToys ARE NOT covered by this warranty; they are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty which may be different.
To make a warranty claim, start by sending a Warranty Request. Include details of the problem, the product name, your name and address and approximate purchase date.
