Working in conjunction with Dr. Toby Meltzer, M.D. PumpToys has developed the TSP Cylinder Series to serve both the pre and post-op needs of the trans-gender FTM client. The pre-operative cylinder, shown on the left, is designed to help draw in and extend an increased amount of skin/tissue in preparation for it's use in the penile constructive procedure, while the configuration of the post-op cylinder promotes increased definition and further tissue "training". When used properly for moderate-level vacuum application, particularly dynamic vacuum sessions, the skin and tissue are beneficially "exercised" and circulation increased & strengthened,providing the user a safe, effective means for increased penis size and health.

TSP Cylinders are available in two I.D. (diameter) sizes; 1.00" and 1.25", and lengths made-to-order from 3.00" to 6.00". Cylinders are available individually or can be purchased as part of an all-inclusive kit. Each cylinder is finished with a laser-engraved scale and includes our SDB.18 valved quick-connect fitting and comfortable 100% silicone cushion gasket/seal. TSP Kits come with complete cylinder, plus a hand-operated vacuum pump with gauge, vinyl connecting hose with SDI.18 quick-disconnect insert fitting, 8 oz. jar of PumpToys own Glyde pumping lubricant, User's Guide book and convenient soft-sided storage bag.
